I was first fired at a timber mill in the 1970s. “Nothing personal,” said Rhys the mill manager, “Last on, first off here.” Loyal to the WW2 diggers. Great blokes.

“Don’t worry,” Dad said. “He’s done you a favour. You just don’t know it yet.”

I was last fired in 2010, from a GM role in a global corporate. Big surprise.

“Don’t worry,” I told myself. “He’s done you a favour. You just don’t know it yet.”

By then, I’d had a bit of practice applying Dad’s advice. He’d taught me to use these opportunities to regenerate.

But why wait?

Imagine applying regenerative practices every day. And managers working with you to compose a better future.

Imagine that life.

It’s entirely viable… by regenerating management as a set of 6 primary functions: Govern. Plan. Manage. Assess. Assure. Produce.

All adaptively connected in you, your work and community.

In my next webinar we’ll explore how adaptive connectivity regenerates management, engagement, trust and loyalty.
